Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Create, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and preferences.

• Provide dynamic individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize teletherapy to facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients regardless of their location.

• Offer crisis intervention services as necessary, demonstrating a keen awareness of urgent client needs and proactive response strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultation to enhance skills and stay abreast of best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be responsible for creating a safe, trusting environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings freely, and effectively support them through their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse client populations.
\n
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in therapeutic settings.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload efficiently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions from licensing boards.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly through remote delivering of services.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment is highly desirable.
