Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate co-occurring disorders and identify the unique treatment needs of each client.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies tailored to enhance client outcomes.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on the intricacies of addiction, trauma, and mental health issues, utilizing therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

• Regularly monitor and assess clients’ progress through clinical documentation and adapt treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness and relevance to their journey.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists—to ensure all facets of care are addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients grappling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
