Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques suited to client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring they receive consistent and quality care regardless of geographic barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated experience practicing independently and effectively managing a diverse caseload.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
