Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine the mental health and substance use concerns of clients, utilizing well-defined evaluation techniques to gather critical information.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans based on assessment findings, setting achievable goals and engaging clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities and intervention strategies to address diverse client needs.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and case managers, to provide integrated care tailored to each client.

• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on client progress and challenges.

• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, effectively assessing risk and implementing safety protocols to stabilize clients in distress.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in mental health and substance abuse treatment methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery practices.

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
