Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs and goals of each patient, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient conditions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate therapy groups addressing common issues such as anxiety management, coping strategies, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
