Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive individual counseling sessions that adhere to treatment plans and patient needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in a clinical setting.

• Proficient knowledge of diagnosing and developing treatment plans using the DSM-5 framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Woods Mental and Behavioral Health Center offers a highly competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
