Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through virtual consultations, identifying the needs and concerns of each patient.

• Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to individual circumstances.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, facilitating both individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational groups that foster community and educate participants on prevalent mental health issues.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
