Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is essential, with significant exposure to clinical settings.

• Proven experience providing marriage and family therapy to a variety of demographics.

• Strong foundation in diagnosis and treatment planning, specifically utilizing the DSM-5 criteria.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster a therapeutic alliance with patients and their families.
