Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing established protocols to ensure safety and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights to access necessary services.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
