Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies and conduct comprehensive assessments for clients seeking mental health support.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring techniques are tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding clients' privacy and promoting accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. A particular focus will be on providing services to clients who have faced economic and social hurdles, ensuring that they receive the care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards as they pertain to mental health services.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• A demonstrated capacity for teamwork and collaboration in a healthcare setting.
