Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, develop and implement customized treatment plans, and monitor progress throughout therapy.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to provide individual and group counseling to clients of all ages.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote understanding of mental health issues and foster community among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care, addressing both immediate and long-term needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, offering empathetic, timely responses to ensure client safety.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
