Clear Pathway Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to fill full-time positions in our remote outpatient psychiatry office located in Buffalo, New York. As a remote position, our counselors enjoy the flexibility of a fully virtual work setting while maintaining the collaborative spirit of our outpatient practice. Although you will work primarily from home, our commitment to teamwork is reflected in regular online meetings and collaborative case consultations. Our operational hours are designed to accommodate a balanced life, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while allowing for some scheduling flexibility to address individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs and establish tailored treatment approaches.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to guide individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community and shared experiences among clients.

• Work collaboratively alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated patient care that considers all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and support.

• Educate clients about mental health issues, treatment options, resources, and coping strategies to enhance their understanding and involvement in their wellness journey.

• Maintain up-to-date, confidential, and accurate patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development sessions to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

• Remain informed of advancements in mental health therapy and integrate new findings into practice for improved patient care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base in Buffalo and the surrounding areas, addressing a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
