Work Environment\n

As a remote therapist, you will deliver care through a user-friendly telehealth platform, interacting with clients through secure video or phone sessions from the comfort of your home. Although primarily virtual, you will occasionally have the opportunity to work in our welcoming office environment alongside supportive colleagues who share your dedication to improving mental health outcomes. Our flexible scheduling allows for regular business hours with occasional evening shifts to ensure we are responsive to our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans that suit each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks, to tackle diverse mental health issues.

• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic treatment for clients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing your skills to help navigate emergency situations with empathy and competence.

• Participate in community-focused outreach programs to foster mental health awareness and combat stigma, demonstrating your commitment to improving overall community health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied client demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active, independent license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Strong understanding and practice of cultural competence, allowing you to effectively engage with individuals from diverse populations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n
