Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, client-centered assessments to identify mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create actionable treatment plans informed by best practices in evidence-based therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, employing practices suited to clients’ specific situations, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and effective resolution.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting, engaging with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and available resources, serving as an advocate for their rights and needs within the mental health system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inner Calm Counseling Center, you will serve a broad spectrum of clients, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our holistic approach means understanding and addressing the unique cultural, social, and emotional contexts of each client, reinforcing the importance of personalized and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related fields.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in a telehealth or clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus for new hires.
