Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Elevance Counseling LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and histories, followed by the development and implementation of tailored care plans.

• Diagnosing and treating diverse mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, while continually updating care plans to address changes in client status or needs.

• Facilitating referrals to supplementary services, including community resources, treatment programs, and support groups, ensuring patients access all necessary care for their comprehensive well-being.

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team to devise and execute discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care for clients transitioning between different levels of service.

• Engaging with clients' families and significant others, providing necessary support and resources to enhance the therapeutic process.

• Adhering strictly to federal, state, and local regulations as well as clinical program standards, while practicing within the scope defined by the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Providing support and debriefing to staff in conjunction with the Employee Assistance Program after challenging events, fostering a culture of care and resilience.

• Advocating effectively for clients’ needs, ensuring seamless communication with all parties involved in care provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse population of clients seeking mental health support. This includes individuals with varying degrees of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will provide individualized care that respects and considers the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, including their cultural contexts. Qualifications\n
