Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, facilitating the creation of individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to promote healing and resilience.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals alongside clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure client-centered approaches that foster progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in empowering clients to navigate their struggles and achieve meaningful personal growth. By fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance, you will help clients address their unique challenges and work towards achieving stability and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
