Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering a trusting and supportive environment that encourages open dialogue.

• Listen attentively to clients' goals and assess their individual needs through comprehensive evaluations and assessments.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, incorporating dynamic methods and evidence-based techniques to adjust treatment plans as necessary, reflecting progress and ongoing needs.

• Facilitate referrals to outside specialists or agencies when necessary, ensuring clients have access to a broad spectrum of support services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by contributing to the practice through related tasks, including attending training and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will include a diverse array of individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, including those grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with children, couples, and families, creating an inclusive therapeutic atmosphere that caters to unique needs across different age groups and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LPCC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A foundational commitment to ethical clinical practices and a passion for mental health advocacy is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least three years of post-graduate experience working with clients affected by mental health disorders, including exposure to co-occurring disorders and treatment for substance abuse.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
