Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions through telehealth, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions as applicable.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients who face obstacles in accessing traditional in-person care receive the necessary support and guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid mental health license in Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
