Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions using video conferencing technology, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

• Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, facilitating effective and engaging therapy sessions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients cultivate effective strategies for managing their mental health challenges and achieving a healthier state of well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid, independent license in Illinois to practice as a mental health therapist: choose from one of the following:

  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature towards clients.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate our therapist platform and maintain digital documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked. Additionally, we offer a lucrative sign-on bonus, along with weekly direct deposit to ensure timely compensation. Full-time therapists are entitled to a monthly healthcare stipend to support their personal health and wellness needs.
