Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving greater well-being and reduced stress.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify individual clients’ stressors, challenges, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to meet their unique needs.

• Lead clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness and promoting emotional balance.

• Facilitate dynamic group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions to effectively address and support clients’ specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create an integrated approach that encompasses the holistic needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not required; proficiency in mindfulness integration into therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
