Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on latest clinical practices.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions utilizing modalities best suited for each client's path to recovery.

• Offer teletherapy sessions, providing flexible options for clients and those facing accessibility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents grappling with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to understand and engage with them empathetically will be crucial in supporting their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and current state license as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy and client interactions.

• Strong organizational skills combined with effective time-management capabilities to handle a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Alpine Health Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, we provide:
