Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Alpine Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise will play a vital role in assisting these individuals in developing coping strategies and achieving mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, especially in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum requirement, priority will be given to candidates with a Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field. Experience in a clinical setting, especially working with diverse populations, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms will give you an advantage in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide:
