Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments tailored to each client, formulating individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions in sessions, adapting strategies to address the trauma, anxiety, and depression that many of our clients face.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client information is securely handled and documented.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to improve engagement in their own care.

Qualifications\n
