While our facility operates Monday through Saturday, you have the autonomy to choose whether you wish to work 10 to 40 hours a week or more, depending on your preference and patient load. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to assess their mental health needs effectively.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities, tailored to each client's individualized service plan.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients, contributing to treatment discussions and overall patient care plans.

• Provide case management services for assigned patients, collaborating effectively with community and healthcare professionals to secure appropriate services and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical activities in compliance with the standards of the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health counselor will serve a diverse patient population ranging from children to elderly clients, addressing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
