Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, with an emphasis on approaching care through a clinically-informed lens.

• Providing effective counseling interventions tailored to client needs, including graduate-level clinical social work methodologies.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans, participating in patient rounds, and ensuring communication is clear and documented accurately.

• Demonstrating the ability to meet the diverse physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of clients across various age groups.

• Managing assigned caseloads through effective case management and consultation with healthcare professionals and community resources.

• Completing documentation and progress notes within stipulated time frames while adhering to ethical standards.

• Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients achieve their individualized service goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) issued by the State of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.
