Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying initial concerns and developing tailored treatment recommendations.

• Create individualized treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan aligns with the client's specific goals and challenges.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques and methodologies that foster healing and personal development.

• Coordinate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Educate and collaborate with clients’ families to enhance their understanding of the therapeutic process and encourage active involvement in their loved one’s recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough, accurate, and confidential client records, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards in mental health documentation.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated soft skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with coworkers.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy is essential in fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Adept organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient handling of caseloads while fulfilling administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or similar environment where individualized and group therapy modalities were utilized.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

• Training in specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 52,000 and 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
