Life Solutions Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic care as part of our fully remote team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to support and guide patients through their mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

This position requires a full-time commitment, typically from Monday to Friday, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; occasional flexibility may be necessary to align with patient schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to uncover the unique experiences of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting your approach to align with the distinct cultural, historical, and personal contexts of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering resilience and promoting well-being among patients facing various mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A deep knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, along with demonstrated cultural competence in therapeutic practice.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy utilizing culturally responsive techniques.

• Exceptional crisis intervention capabilities, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with a variety of patients.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing therapy to diverse populations and working with individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
