Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community and peer support among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support in mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions by discussing treatment options and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards related to patient information.

• Regularly participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications\n
