Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and collaborate with them to establish individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions via telehealth or in-person appointments, equipping clients with essential coping strategies and therapeutic tools.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, documenting all interactions and updates in our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Provide referrals to external providers, including psychiatrists, when medications or advanced care are indicated, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to discuss client care approaches and share insights for continuous improvement in therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Counseling Center serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients may struggle with issues ranging from anxiety disorders and depression to substance use disorders and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent credential in the State of Nevada.

• At least four years of relevant experience in a mental health setting, working with a variety of patient backgrounds and issues.

• Extensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and capability for crisis intervention.

• Proficient in using EHR systems and other relevant technologies to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
