Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a range of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure seamless, integrated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing safety plans and emergency support strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with best practices.
