Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand and address clients' mental health concerns effectively.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using tailored evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), based on each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, regularly monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to better serve them.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions to adhere to ethical practices and regulatory standards, utilizing our practice management software for efficient record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to stay updated with the latest practices and methodologies in mental health care.

• Provide virtual therapy options for clients who prefer remote sessions or encounter barriers to in-person visits.

Qualifications\n
