Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's background, current challenges, and goals, allowing for the development of customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy workshops tailored to specific mental health issues, using evidence-based practices to drive effective outcomes.

• Engage in teamwork by collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current active license and certification in the state of New York as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in a mental health counseling role, working directly with clients facing emotional complexities.
