Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, requiring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges, empowering them to achieve their personal and relational goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license in the state of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathy and compassion, demonstrating a non-judgmental stance towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage a robust caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome candidates from varying levels of experience, those with prior experience in community health settings or private practice, particularly with teletherapy, will be given preference. A background in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will enhance your application.
