Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans for individual students.

• Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth to address a range of emotional and psychological issues, employing evidence-based therapies.

• Lead and facilitate therapy groups on relevant topics such as stress management, anxiety reduction, and building resilience among students.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to students experiencing acute mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A master's degree or doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with a diverse student body and collaborate with various university partners.
