Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Providing culturally competent, evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to establish rapport and trust across cultures will be vital.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A valid license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
