Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Providing therapeutic counseling sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based practices to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers, including physicians and psychiatrists, to coordinate treatment plans and interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with appropriate licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice independently.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, telehealth platforms, and standard office software such as MS Office.

• The ability to work independently while being self-directed and highly organized, ensuring that all aspects of client care and administration are met efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, or specialized populations (such as children or veterans) will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth technology is also advantageous.
