This is a full-time remote position, providing the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of a collaborative and innovative team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Despite being remote, our team actively engages in regular online meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities, ensuring a strong support network and communal sense.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify specific treatment needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's goals, incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness interventions.

• Facilitate engaging and productive therapy sessions focused on clients’ needs, while actively tracking progress through clinical documentation.

• Approach crisis situations with professionalism, utilizing de-escalation techniques and collaborating with emergency services when necessary.

• Participate in continuous professional development initiatives and organizational training, designed to enhance therapy skills and ensure best practices are maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing low-acuity mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress management, and life transition issues. Our clients are encouraged to engage actively in their treatment process. Your role positively impacts their personal growth, resilience, and overall emotional well-being, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
\n
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, recognizing and valuing diverse backgrounds and experiences.
\n
• Proficient in organizational skills and time management, with the ability to effectively balance multiple clients while maintaining thorough documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on working with clients in varied settings.

• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is highly desirable.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and a solid foundation in mental health assessment and diagnosis will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
