Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for clients.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional education and training to maintain licensure and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing varying degrees of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health support to individuals facing emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
