Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct empathy-driven individual counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support stable, low-acuity adult clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Your primary responsibility will be to help these individuals navigate their experiences and foster the essential skills that improve their overall well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing for independent practice (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or similar credentials). Please specify your license and issuing state in your application.

• No provisional or limited licenses, with a clean disciplinary record is preferred.

• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for effective video sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 based on hours worked and experience.
