Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health concerns of clients, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Deliver tailored individual therapy sessions via telehealth, using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications\n
