Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health, identifying any immediate concerns and specific needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals, fostering active participation in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize teletherapy tools to conduct virtual sessions effectively, maintaining strong therapeutic rapport regardless of physical distance.

You will serve a diverse clientele comprising adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
