Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions for individual adult clients on a weekly basis via live video conferencing tools.

• Work in tandem with other mental health providers to ensure comprehensive treatment planning that aligns with best practices.
\n
• Utilize assessment tools to administer symptom self-evaluations and track progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings and peer consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and enhance the overall quality of care provided to patients.

• Maintain meticulous records in HIPAA-compliant digital platforms to document client interactions and progress.
\n
• Implement client-centered therapeutic techniques and adjust your approach based on the unique needs and preferences of each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their experiences and develop coping strategies that foster resilience and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• You must hold an active, unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Prior to application, candidates should have no disciplinary actions and only fully licensed individuals will be considered (no provisional licenses).
\n
• The ability to conduct professional evaluations, formulate treatment recommendations, and implement effective treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with a genuine and supportive demeanor when interacting with clients.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems and telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Experience working in a community health setting is a plus, especially as it relates to diverse and multicultural client populations.
