This role is designed as a 100% remote position, allowing you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, with available hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. With no on-call duties, you will be able to focus your energy on delivering high-quality care during your designated hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly live video sessions providing evidence-based therapeutic care to individual adults.

• Utilizing empathy and clinical skills to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster healing and personal development.

• Collaborating with fellow mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Employing automated symptom self-assessments and measures of functional improvement to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess:
