Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Offer timely crisis intervention strategies and support during acute episodes, utilizing clinical judgment and empathy.

• Engage with the local community through outreach programs and educational workshops to foster awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, all facing a variety of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. Your ability to connect and build trust with individuals from differing cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds will play a pivotal role in enhancing treatment engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications.
