Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Phoenix Rising Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Engage in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss clinical cases and share insights.

• Collaborate with educational institutions and other organizations to coordinate care for students and adults alike.

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational policies and licensing requirements.

At Phoenix Rising, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active and current state license to practice independently, such as LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
\n
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions taken against you by a licensing board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will also bring:

• At least two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults and/or children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
