Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your cases will primarily involve stable adult clients who have undergone pre-screening and exhibit low acuity needs. Importantly, you will not be managing cases with severe mental health conditions, thereby allowing a focus on supportive therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently in Washington State as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no disciplinary actions on their record.

• Strong analytic skills to evaluate client conditions and devise effective treatment recommendations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
