Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, regularly monitoring and evaluating their progress to ensure effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with fellow health care professionals within our group practice to coordinate care and provide a comprehensive approach to client treatment.

• Respond promptly to families in crisis situations, offering immediate support and strategies to stabilize their circumstances and manage conflicts.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children, adolescents, and families, providing tailored services that address their unique mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active Washington state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting with a focus on children and families, demonstrating a robust understanding of child and adolescent development.
