Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat to address their mental health challenges.

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining deeper self-insight.

• Developing clients' treatment goals in collaboration with them, acting as an advocate throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with a clientele of stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health challenges. Each client is pre-screened to ensure they are a good fit for telehealth services, providing you with a manageable caseload that aligns with your specialties and demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensure in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.

• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of direct therapeutic experience. This experience should reflect a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and methods, particularly with adult clients, and a commitment to client-centered care.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, dependent on working hours and caseload.
