The successful candidate will possess at least two years of experience in the mental health field and will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services through telehealth. This role offers an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, assessing client histories and collaboratively determining individualized treatment options.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.
\n
• Document patient care and progress utilizing approved electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
\n
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient care and collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinicians.
\n
• Work closely with the Clinical Director in the enhancement of therapeutic programs that ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Engage in the credentialing process to uphold the trust and integrity of clinical practices.
\n
• Be receptive to client feedback and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to enhance the patient care experience.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall functioning of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients of various age groups, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing developmental differences or mental health challenges. You will be responsible for building rapport and using nuanced communication skills to address complex needs, always prioritizing the empowerment and understanding of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a closely related field.

• Possession of active licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A strong grounding in various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• A commitment to superior client care, demonstrating compassion, understanding, and adaptability in treatment methodologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, particularly working with children, families, or individuals with developmental differences.
