Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges faced by clients, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care and coordinated treatment strategies for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, treatments, and ongoing progress in compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest research and methodologies in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and manage a variety of mental health issues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and a willingness to adapt to remote clinical workflows.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience working with specific populations, such as veterans, LGBTQIA+, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.

• History of developing community mental health initiatives or outreach programs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
